IMPORTANT INFO

Please review all session information and policies before booking! Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the studio address and session details, as well as a reminder before your session. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case!

Booking & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of your session.

No-Shows & Cancellations

• There are no refunds for no-call, no-show appointments, no exceptions. 

• There are no refunds after the session has been completed. 

• If you need to reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed.

• Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell to help keep everyone safe! 

Session Details

• Mini sessions are 30 minutes in length. 

• Each session includes 5–10 professionally edited images. 

Location & Studio Etiquette

• Sessions are held in my home studio located in Mid-Wilshire. The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

• Please respect the studio space and equipment. :) 

• One guest is allowed to join you during your session. Please confirm if you will be bringing a guest.

• Please note that my dog is often with me while shooting. Please reach out if you have any allergies or concerns. (He’s a perfect lil boi)

Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled. 

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to stay on schedule. 

• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.

Editing & Final Images

• Final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks, often sooner.

• All images are edited in my professional style. RAW or unedited images are not provided. 

• Additional retouching beyond standard color and light correction may incur an additional fee. 

Image Usage

• Photos from your session may be used for my portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise. Please let me know in advance if you’d like to opt out!
